Our infrastructure is designed exclusively for individual, residential client use. To protect server stability and prevent abuse, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Restreaming & Cascading: Attempting to re-broadcast, proxy, cascade, or share ECM packets with secondary servers or commercial networks.
- Multi-IP / Multi-Login Usage: Connecting a single subscription account simultaneously from multiple IP addresses or multiple receiver boxes unless explicitly permitted by your plan tier.
- Credential Sharing: Publishing, transferring, or selling your private line username and password to third parties.
⚠️ Automated Enforcement: Our servers utilize real-time anomaly detection and ECM monitoring. Any violation of our anti-restreaming or multi-IP policy will result in immediate, permanent account termination without prior warning and without eligibility for refund.
3. Network SLA & Maintenance
We strive to deliver a 99.9% network uptime SLA through clustered load balancers and redundant server nodes. However, routine server maintenance, security upgrades, or unforeseen upstream network outages may occasionally occur. We will make reasonable efforts to announce scheduled maintenance in advance via our community channels.
